We have excellent opportunity for the position of Technical Recruiters (Fresher)
and Sales/BDM's (Fresher) with our organization PCS Technology- Mumbai Branch.

  1.  The eligibility criteria required - BE, BE/MBA, MBA-HR/IT/Marketing + some
project /IT company 
   
  2. Communication Skills – Excellent Communication Skills in English with Neutral
Accent is Mandatory.

The job description for BDM/ Sales:
   
  1. We are looking for freshers willing to work and develop US Staffing business in
India.
   
  2. The role will teach you to Develop own relationships with potential clients,
creating applicants database, applicant interview, Client/employee relations and
employee pay rates, and client-billing rates.
   
  3. Maintain relationships with clients/hiring mangers so as to receive ongoing
requirements
   
  4. Generating new business opportunities for the company and at the same time
develop the relation with the existing clients in US.
 
5. You also need to be a team player and with excellent communication skills.
   
  6. Should do International Calling.
 
7. Should be willing to work night shifts.
   
The job description for IT- Recruiter/ Sr. IT- Recruiter:
   
  1. Willing to work for us staffing
   
  2. Must work on active recruitment like getting consultants from job portals
(Dice/ Monster, etc), Vendor network etc.
   
  3. Should have Good commutation skills
   
  4. Will be trained to develop your own relationships with present/potential
clients, creating applicant's database, applicant interview, client/employee
relations, employee pay rates, and client-billing rates.
   
  5. Will be trained to be Responsible for managing the full candidate lifecycle
process including sourcing, identification, screening and closing.
   
  6. Should be Responsible for recruiting IT Professionals across the US through
direct phone sourcing, networking, referrals, and expanded Internet sourcing.
   
  7. Should have good technical knowledge towards all the technologies.
  8. Will be trained to place In-house consultants, work with H1B transfers and good
knowledge towards US Visa status.
  9. Should be willing to work night shifts.
