Job Description
Songbird Technologies is looking for software developers experienced in the LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) technologies.
The qualified developer will be selected for either a team lead position or as a member of development team depending on skill and experience.

Desired Candidate Profile
As a software engineer, you will be expected to interface with other members of the development team and also the client. If you are selected as a team lead, you will be in direct communication with the client.
Your work will involve working with our clients from the US, Europe and other parts of the world.
You will be required to be flexible when it comes to the technologies and be willing to learn new technologies required for developing appropriate solutions for our clients.

Songbird Technologies is a software development firm established in 2003 and working with mostly an international clientele from the very beginning.

We have two primary divisions: Core Technologies and Enterprise Application Development.
The Core Technologies division works on embedded platforms, low-level programming etc for platforms such as Windows, Windows CE, Linux etc.
The Enterprise Application Development division focusses on the development of business applications for the desktop and the web using technologies such as J2EE, .NET, PHP etc.
