Job Description DAT Associate:
Key responsibilities of DAT Associates and Analysts span all phases of the DAT's work cycle. This includes the design and development of member tools and surveys; collection, organization and analysis of data; automation of procedures and processes; and eventually the collaboration with CEB programs on a broad range of quantitative initiatives. These positions offer enormous opportunities for personal growth and achievement and, over time, provide personal exposure to many different programs across CEB.


DAT Associates/Analysts have many tasks and responsibilities, including:

Helping to develop key member surveys and diagnostic tools
Leading the technical production of Web-based surveys using HTML and SPSS MR Interview
Launching member surveys and maintaining the accuracy and validity of the data
Analyzing and interpreting data into charts and CEB-quality graphics
Proof reading member-facing reports to ensure high quality and verify accuracy of data
Coordinating with the DAT team in the U.S. to ensure timely delivery of quality reporting and services to members
Troubleshooting and debugging Excel macros used to generate analysis and member-facing reports

Qualifications:

Successful candidates must:

Have a strong analytic and statistical skillsboth quantitative and qualitative
Be quantitatively focused a quantitatively- or technically-oriented Bachelors is preferred
Have expertise in several software applications: Excel (including some understanding of macros), PowerPoint, and SPSS (or other statistical package such as SAS)
Posses basic knowledge of software development principles
Have strong organizational/time management skills
Be self motivated/self startersable to work with little direct supervision, but able to track and report on work progress when needed
Possess good upward management skillsable to help their managers prioritize; proactively identify areas that require focus and bring them to manager's attention
Be results-oriented with an eye toward 'getting the details right' attention to detail is a must
Have a deep commitment to service, both in serving internal programs and external members
Work well with team members based in USA

Desired Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates will possess one or more of the following:

Experience programming in VBA and/or HTML and general experience with web applications.
Exposure to SPSS MR Interview (or other online survey programming platforms)
Understanding of survey design and/or have previous experience with market research surveys
Basic comprehension of database design/maintenance
Two years work experience at a global company with experience on cross-geography teams
Masters degree in information technology or a quantitatively-oriented field
