Job Description
Dimension & Scope:
This position is responsible for screening,Testing and conducting profile interviewing of all applicants.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Sourcing and screening candidate resumes through job portals and various other internet sources, e.g. search engines, referrals, networking, etc.
*
Interview prospective employees using a profile interviewing process.
*
Administer various procedural evaluation methods as per process.
*
Accurate document maintenance and compilation
*
Accurate MIS maintenance and compilation
*
Maintain accurate tracking of the progress of each applicant throughout the interview process
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in any field
Candidate Profile:
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
* Flexible - willing to travel whenever required.
* Willing to work 6 days a week in a 24/7 environment.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to make decisions under pressure.
* Proficiency with various software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
* Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame.
