Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Technical Support (only Mumbai Candidates)
Job Description
Will be responsible for all IP network element Testing and documentation before releasing for production, designing solutions for enterprise, implementation and support of the same
Desired Profile
Will be responsible for all customer terminal device testing
Will liaise with different teams (internal & external) to ensure that testing is completed successfully within the stipulated time
Will be responsible for documentation required for all stakeholders
Will ensure safe upkeep and presentable appearance of the PoCC
Will provide support to field implementation team on terminal devices, application and network
Will provide support to field support team on terminal devices, application and network
Will develop requisite skill sets for the above
Will develop team to carry out the above
Cisco router configuration
Exposure to IT applications
CCNA preferred
Prior hands on experience on routers/switches/firewalls required
Strong communication skillsGood inter personnel skills
Good team player
Working experience IT / Telecom sector preferred
Experience 2 - 6 Years
