Job Description
Looking for Sr.Software Engineer in Java with hands on experience on any of the Mobile applications with minimum 3years of relevant experience
Desired Candidate Profile

Responsibilities:
* Participate in the full software development lifecycle from prototyping and design to release.
* Implement online applications and services using Java and related technologies.
* Evaluate and recommend processes and technologies that would improve the productivity of the group.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of online application development experience.
* 3+ years experience with Java, including experience with and fundamental understanding of J2EE and related technologies --
* Java and J2EE (JSP / Struts / JSF / EJB 3 / Hibernate) XML, XPath, XML Schema, and Web Services (SOAP / REST) JavaScript, HTML, XSLT, CSS, AJAX Eclipse Database development (MySQL) Test-driven development (Ant / Maven / JUnit / Continuous Integration) JBoss Application Server, JBoss WS / Apache Axis
* Experience with OO analysis/design concepts
* Experience in identifying and addressing performance and scalability issues.
* Knowledge of and experience in applying design patterns and software development best practices.
* Strong verbal, and written communication skills
* Bachelors degree (Masters is a plus) in computer science
* Experience with Mobile technologies -- SMS, WAP -- is a plus.
