AS/400, RPGILE, RPG/400, CL/400
Desired Candidate Profile
Application support and maintenance for the Supported Applications. Maintenance includes corrective, preventive, and perfective actions provided within a 24 hour by 365 days per year window. Correction of production problems may require application code, data and or operational modifications as well as research of problems, discrepancies and recommendation of changes to processes. Application tuning, code restructuring, regulatory compliance, related changes and other efforts usually undertaken to improve the efficiency and reliability of programs and to minimize ongoing maintenance requirements are included. Maintaining or enhancing current system performance and throughput standards are also included. ASM involves Tier 3 support / recovery and Tier 4 support / long term problem resolution.
Enhancement and Project support: This includes Enhancements and Projects required by the business due to but not limited to regulatory, acquisitions, mergers, drive competitive advantage, cost savings, business requests and other integration efforts to the Supported.
