SS – Matching Analyst Job Description
Summary:
SS Matching Analysts are responsible for matching of all the invoices scanned in to IMDEX.
The successful candidate will have a flair for problem solving, is a fast learner, pro-active, enjoys working in a large scale distributed environments, has good typing and analytical skills, is able think on the feet, is detailed oriented, and can communicate well with teams across the globe. She/he should be very flexible with work timings.
Job Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to: Matching the invoices from the IMDEX Maintain Accuracy levels of above 98 %. Able to meet the productivity target set. Scanning the images that are received via email in to IMDEX.
Desired skills: Graduate / Under Graduate with Accounting as Major Subject Preferable Academic Track record of more than 75 % in Accountancy and Statistics throughout the educational career of the applicant. Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications. Good Communications skills – Written & Verbal Good typing speed – 25-30 w.p.m with 90% accuracy Applicant can be a Fresher / with less than 6 months of experience.
