Job Description:
Requirement details as follows,
Voice Tech Support Associates for ISP Process. The candidate should be comfortable to relocate to Hyderabad since the positions are based in Hyderabad.
Level:
1.Tr. Team Member - Fresher with 0-6 months experience.
2.Team Member - 6 - 18 months of experience in an International BPO.
3.Sr. Team Member - 18 - 36 months of experience in an International BPO.
Eligibility criteria:
Any candidate who has completed his/her 10+2.
Working Hours:
24/7 shift (rotating shift)
Rounds of interview:
There would be 4 rounds of interview:
JAM : Candidate would be given a topic to speak on. He would be assessed on Grammar, pronunciation, flow of thought and mother tongue influence.
VANC : Candidate would have a one on one discussion with the Voice and Accent resource who is going to assess the candidate on his/her communication.
Tech Test : 20 questions objective type test paper assessing the candidate on his basic computer awareness.
HR : Final Hr discussion.
