L2 Support Analyst-ERP
Job Description:
The ERP Level 2 (L2) support team will be responsible for the resolution of technical, functional and operational issues, which exceed the capabilities of Level-1 support personnel. Our ERP application is Oracle Release 11i, this team will be responsible for supporting the following modules: Accounts Payables, Purchasing, Iprocurement, I-supplier, Iexpense, Ap-Workflow, and General Ledger. Such unresolved level 1 tickets pertaining to the application shall be passed on to the L2 support team for performing more detailed problem identification, diagnosis and isolation; impact analysis; resolution options and viable effective solution.
Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible the techno-functional support of the specified modules in our ERP application. Main responsibilities involve:
End-user Business Process questions
Data Related identified by L2 Support team, no changes by L2 Support team
User Training / Lack of understanding of the Application
Configuration / Setup identified by L2 Support team, no changes by L2 Support team
Bug Standard identified by L2 Support team, no changes by L2 Support team
Bug Customization identified by L2 Support team, no changes by L2 Support team
New Request / Enhancement Shall not be addressed by L2 Support team.
Performance and Connectivity Application / Database / Hardware / Network Shall not be addressed by L2 Support team
Education and Background
Desired Profile:
Education / Experience Requirements:
BE/BSc in Computer Information Systems or equivalent degree.
Analysis, design, and systems development experience required
Relational data base experience required.
UNIX knowledge desired.
SQL/PL-SQL knowledge required.
Oracle Application technical and functional in the specified modules.
* Self motivation.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to quickly develop the required knowledge and understanding.
Strong team orientation.
Experience: 0 - 2 Years
