WALK-IN for IT/NON-IT Recruiter & Team Leader
Job Description:
* Should be able to handle complete recruitment cycle for Non IT.
* Screening candidates resume though various job portals.
* Mass Mailing.
* Client Relationship.
* Team Handling.
* Maintaining Databese.
* Head Hunting.
* Mainitaing MIS Reports
Desired Profile:
* Should be an MBA in HR.
* Should have the experience in IT/Non IT recruitment preferebly in BFSI, Manufacturing, Automobile, IT& Engineering.
* Should have the experience in Team Handling.
* Fresher can also apply.
* Male/Female can both apply.
* Smart, Energetic
* Execellent communicatuion skills.
* Target oriented.
* Ready to work under pressure.
* Candidate from Gurgaon/Delhi would be considered.
