Job Description:
Interacting with Customers in the US.
Solving Customer queries.
Handling Customers problem related to product.
Managing and updating Customer & Client database.
Desired Candidate Profile:
We are looking only for male candidates with minimum 6 months of experience in an international or domestic BPO.
Candidate should have excellent communication skills and maturity to deal with senior level clients.
Only local Pune candidates should apply.
