Job Description: 
   As a Recruiter, you will be responsible Interviewing applicants and ensuring that all their skills are identified.
          Reviewing company policies and procedures with applicants.
       !    Taking accurate job descriptions from customers and matching qualified contractors in all technical  classifications.
          Negotiating and setting bill rates charged to customers to obtain optimum gross margins.
          Setting labor rates for contractors.
 Assuring total customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and resolving problems arising with customers or contractors.
          Turning customer inquiries into orders and market qualified contractors.
 Bringing in new business and supporting the sales efforts of the sales staff through good public relations, responsiveness and service.
          Recruiting new applicants through existing and new sources.
          Completing all required data entry and necessary paperwork. 

  Type of experience required:
          Resume sourcing experience
          Prior! experience in out bound sales is a plus
          Good knowledge on customer services
          Ability to communicate clearly with English speaking job-seekers
          Ability to evaluate job  requirements
          Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
          Positive attitude and a strong work ethic is a must 

Desired Candidate Profile: 
 Ability to work on multiple requirements at one time
 PC literacy is necessary including MS Office and Outlook. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and email packages essential.
         Excellent written (both grammar and substance) and spoken communication skills
      Dependable, Disciplined, Assertive, consistent and professional in techniques and habits
         Willingness to learn and an honest, ethical approach to work essential
 The ideal technical recruiter will possess experience surfacing candidates, building a strong network of relationships with information technology professionals from our client's central database, job boards such as Naukri, Monster, timesjob.
