Job Description:
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Responsible for completion of various reporting for Target Distribution Centers within set time parameters. This is done by collecting data from different systems and entering or downloading into reports used by Distribution management. It also includes development of new reports, analysis of data and completion of special projects for Distribution Measurement and Analysis.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Reporting – produces, distributes and stores timely and accurate production reports such as the Daily FRS and LOS reports, weekly forecast and hours variance reports
Data Collection – Collects, verifies and collates data from different files and systems for reporting purposes
Data Entry and File Maintenance – Develops data and maintains files needed to aid the production of the Flex Reporting System
Special Projects – Completes special projects as assigned and as prioritized by the M&A Lead or Measurement and Analysis Team
Problem Resolution – Identifies and communicates reporting problems and assists in their resolution
Report Layout and Design – Create, design, format and maintain reports used to accommodate the Distribution Center needs in the budgeting and performance areas
Develop New Reporting – Uses creativity in developing new graphs and charts for data analysis and reporting purposes toward consistent pyramid reporting requirements. Creates databases for use by all Distribution Center following all common reporting requirements
Administration- Responsible for overall administration of the function
Performance Tracking- Updation of reports and communication to team leads and supervisors
Process Documentation- Maintaining details of created documents around processes and operations JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Good written communication skills
Willingness to work in the week ends and Indian Holidays
Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
Flexible schedule
Team Player/Attitude
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain established team quality standards
Problem solving skills
Good organizational skills
Maintain confidentiality of personal information
Self-motivated
Ability to maintain confidential information
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
Intermediate to Advance MS Access and/or Visual Basic skills
Strong analytical skills
ISO / Six sigma knowledge
