Officer Customer Care(Fixedline/ISP/DSL Semi Technical Process)
Job Description
1.Inbound Calling need to interact with customers on phone to solve their queries and need to give FTR (First Time Resolution) related to Fixedline/DSL Services
2.Need to log the complaint ticket related to customer issues and need to update the customer periodically.
3.9 hrs of login time to interact with customers.
4.Should be flexible for timings and ready to stretch as per business requirement.
Desired Profile
Candidate should be Graduate in any stream (Non Engineers Please)
Candidate from ISP/DSL process will be given first preference
Open for Night Shifts (only for males)
Willing to work in shifts under 24/7 environment
Excellent communication Skills(Written & Verbal both)
Shift timings (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.),(10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.),(1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.),(3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.) & (10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.)
Experience in telecom and BPO/Call Centre
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
6 days working no Saturday/Sunday off (Roaster Off will be given as per business requirement)
Pleasing personality
Good understanding of product and trouble shooting attitude
First preference should be given to candidates residing in Noida, Ghaziabad, South Delhi, East Delhi and Central Delhi.
Candidates from Gurgaon, Faridabad, Meerut, West Delhi and North Delhi no need to apply.
Candidate who are interviewed within six months are not required to apply again.
