      Job Description
    The Video  Deployment Technician will be responsible for executing content editing assignments, and fulfilling deployment orders encoding and delivering video content to operator platforms. Products requiring editing will include feature films and television shows. Other regular tasks include the resizing and optimisation of images and animations as well as ringtone formatting. The Video Deployment Technician will be an integral part of producing high quality mobile video products and smooth delivery of content to carriers worldwide. 
           Desired Candidate Profile
        Essential skills:

 * Excellent command of spoken and written English.
 * Proficiency in non-linear video, audio and image editing programs such as Premiere, Photoshop, Fireworks, Soundforge.
 * Familiarity with video encoding processes (file formats, codecs...)
 * Excellent command of Microsoft Office package, knowledge of CMS and FTP systems.
 * Mobile phone technology  awareness / understanding.

 Person specification:
 Pro active and energetic. Well-organised. Keen and fast learner.
 Must have high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

 Desirable skills:

 * In-depth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Flash, motion graphics software.
 * Adobe Illustrator skills
 * Passion for short form video content.  Ideally a background in either new media and/or mobile entertainment markets.
 * Design skills and keen sense of aesthetic a major plus.
